Payment refunds
Refunds are available on payments made for any of our products or services without a commencement of service or product delivery within the first two weeks of payment.
Explaining further, if you have made a payment and within two weeks, you have not been contacted on service options and commencement of project or your product (being a physical commodity) requested has not yet been delivered, you will be issued a refund for that particular product or service.
Aside this, payments for products and services are typically non-refundable.
Can I swap payment for products or services?
Yes please, if your payment for a particular product or service has not been used, being that said project has not commenced or product delivery has not commenced at the time of request of the swap, the payment can be used for an alternative product of the same amount or combination of products worth same amount. You will be required to pay excess balance if your new requested product or service exceeds amount for previous product or service being purchased.
How long does processing a refund take?
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date the refund is being requested and approved. Five working days include days Monday to Friday, to enable us reach out to the financial institutions to process your refund more swiftly. It may however take longer based on the contigencies in relation with set financial service providers or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise whilst processing your refund.
For international purchases (purchases done from outside Nigeria) in US Dollar ($), refunds may take much longer, you will be required to have a Paypal account for us to refund to, and also, will be done at the same set exchange rate at time of purchase.
